Garadget, a simple and deluxe way to breath a new life into your existing garage doors opener. By using the internet it connects through an iPhone app helping in the opening and closing the door of the garage. We need not replace the existing garage door hardware.By using this technology, Garadget automatically becomes the garage remote. Garadget came across a negative review posted by Amazon. The owner of Garadget badly responded to this review by killing the product remotely and turned his customer’s door into a wall.

It seems that iPhone app is just a JUNK. Martin, one of the customer was unhappy with Garadget’s quality. He said that it is a start-up company whose applications usually crashes as it does not perform proper quality assurance tests on their products and software. Denis Grisak, the man in support of Garadget gave an agile response on the community board saying, “Martin, The abusive language here and in your negative Amazon review, submitted minutes after experiencing a technical difficulty, only demonstrates your poor impulse control. I’m happy to provide the technical support to the customers on my Saturday night but I’m not going to tolerate any tantrums.”

Grisak was upset not because of the negative review but he said he mentioned the Amazon review just because the customer should not give a negative opinion before even using the product. Grisak is guilty of what he had said and knows that he didn’t act well. Later, he restored the customer’s service. It comes off as vindictive and impulsive. The entire problem with Internet of Things is that the customers to whom they have sold their products will be subject to sudden cruel actions.
